I was a very early adopters of Nintex, and learned the most through working with the product in projects. And it’s been a while since I took the test, not sure how hard it is now.
If you need to prepare, I’ll recommend setting up a lab, you can use the O365 trials. Then use Nintex Community. https://community.nintex.com/
